My body belongs to me. It is my property, wonderfully created by God. I never grow tired of seeing its reflection in the mirror. But what am I doing with it? Just sitting here and being happy with that? What can my body do? What's in it? I want to find out. But how? I have physical limitations. In medical speak it's call spastic tetraplegia with athetosis, coupled with a severe speech disorder. This means I can move everything, but in an uncontrolled manner. Still, I want to explore my body. How can I keep fit? Where are my limits? There are so many training possibilities. What can I do despite my disability and what suits me?
