It is in the university that an undergraduate experience the vibrant environment, company of friends, and various academic and co-curricular activities, which enriches knowledge, and prepares undergraduates for their adulthood. However, up to date empirical evidence evident that, a considerable number of undergraduates currently studying in universities in various countries suffer from a greater degree of stress. Hence, this book was initiated with the prime purpose of identifying significant determinants of stress undergraduates; with special reference to Sri Lanka.
