How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is always free at Dodax.
How long will it take to get my order?
On the product page below the price you will find the expected delivery date of the respective article. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I get my order in one delivery - instead of several individual packages?
It all depends on your order. If there is a possibility to combine everything in one package, we would be happy to do it. But one thing is always certain: whether single or bulk delivery, shipping is free.
RETURNS
How long do I have to send articles back?
1) Orders from Dodax are generally binding and the customer is obliged to accept the service.
2) Irrespective of the legal rights, the customer can return the products without credit within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving a reason, provided that they are in an impeccable and salable condition. The return is excluded for perishable products; Sound, image and data carriers (CDs, DVDs, records, etc.) unless they are unused, welded or sealed and returned in the original packaging; for products that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g. delivery via download, e-books, etc.); Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
3) Dodax will replace defective or incorrectly delivered products if possible. If a replacement delivery is not possible, both parties can request the reversal of the purchase.
4) The customer bears the cost and risk of returning the products, unless the delivered products do not correspond to the ordered ones.
